Will my clients know it came from me?
Yes — that’s the whole design. The card itself stays pure art: no headshot, no logo, no pitch, so it’s beautiful enough to keep. Your name lives in the personal letter that arrives with every edition — written in your words, or drafted by us to match the piece. They keep the art; they remember the sender.
Will it look like advertising?
No. Nothing on the card sells anything — that’s why it ends up on the fridge or the shelf instead of in the recycling, quietly doing its job for months. The letter reads as a private note from you, not a flyer.
What exactly does the $199 include?
Everything: 40 hand-finished neighborhood editions, 40 personal letters in your name, matching, list cleaning, printing, envelopes, postage and mailing. Under $5 per relationship, per quarter — there is nothing extra to buy.
Is the entire letter handwritten?
The main letter is printed, so every word stays crisp and legible. Each package is then finished individually with genuine handwritten details — by a real person, which means no two are exactly alike. The small variations aren’t defects; they’re the proof that someone handled your client’s piece by hand.
What if I’m not happy with it?
Cancel anytime — one email, no contracts. And if at any point during your first two quarters you feel the work wasn’t worthy of your client relationships, tell us and we refund every dollar you’ve paid. Licensed, practicing agents; one guarantee claim per member.
What happens to my client list?
It’s used for exactly one thing: preparing and mailing your Curio editions. Never sold, and never used for anyone else’s marketing. After you cancel, request deletion any time and it’s fully purged within 30 days. Your book of business stays yours.
My clients are scattered all over — does that work?
Yes. If it has a mailing address, we can match it and mail it. Each client receives an edition of their own neighborhood, wherever that is — your list doesn’t need to fit one farm.
What if my sphere is bigger than 40?
Start with your A-list — the 40 people most likely to send you business. Once your first mailing is out, you can add the rest of your sphere at the same per-client rate.
