What we collect

When you request a sample, reserve a seat, or onboard as a member, we collect the contact details you give us — your name, email, phone, brokerage, and the neighborhoods you work. As a member, you also hand us your client list (names and mailing addresses, plus optional details like home-purchase dates) so we can produce and mail your editions.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. For site analytics we use Vercel Web Analytics (cookieless) and Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure visits and on-site behavior; we disable Google's advertising and personalization signals and use the data only to improve this site. You can block analytics cookies with standard browser settings or Google's opt-out tools.

How we use it

For exactly one purpose: running your Sphere Engine membership — cleaning your list, producing your editions, mailing them, and reporting engagement back to you. We'll email you about your own account and mailings. No marketing lists, no spam.

What we never do

We never sell, rent, or share your client list for anyone else’s marketing. It is your book of business; we treat it like the asset it is. Data passes only through the service providers needed to run this service — our website forms and hosting, and Stripe for billing — and recipient names and addresses appear only on the individual mailpieces required for postal delivery.

Retention & your rights

Cancel your membership and ask us to delete your list, and we will — within 30 days. To access, correct, or delete any of your information, email hello@curioeditions.com. You'll get a reply from a human, quickly.
