Terms of Service

The service
The Sphere Engine is a done-for-you retention-mail membership: each quarter, we design, print, hand-finish, and mail an art edition — accompanied by a personal letter sent in your name — to each client on your list (up to 40 clients on the founding plan). You may supply your own letter text or use the letter we draft to match each edition. Series, styles, and artwork change each quarter and are chosen by us. Any client with a valid mailing address can be served, wherever they live.
Eligibility
Membership is for licensed, practicing real-estate agents. We verify your license and brokerage before confirming a seat, and may decline or refund any order that doesn't meet this standard. Seats are limited by hand-finishing capacity.
Billing
The founding plan is $199 USD, billed every 3 months via Stripe, covering up to 40 clients per quarter. Your founding rate is locked for as long as your membership remains active. Published rates for later cohorts may be higher.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime — one email to hello@curioeditions.com or self-serve through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid quarter; any mailing already paid for still goes out. Canceling releases your founding rate lock.
The two-quarter guarantee
At any point from purchase through the end of your second paid quarter, you may request a full refund of all membership fees paid during those first two quarters — just tell us. One guarantee claim per member.
Your list
You confirm you have the right to mail the people on your list. We use it solely to fulfill your membership (see our Privacy Policy). After cancellation, request deletion at any time and it is fully purged within 30 days.
Artwork
Recipients own the physical cards. The underlying artwork and designs remain ours; we license them to you for the mailings and the digital assets we provide.
The usual
The service is provided as-is; our total liability is capped at the fees you've paid us in the past 12 months. Mail delivery times are USPS's, not ours — we control when editions are handed off, not when they land. Questions? Write us; you'll get a human.
